That’s why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find a solution, whether that means exchanging the product for a different shade or providing credit for future purchases.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. Items that are damaged or opened will not be accepted.

Contact Us First: 

Before sending anything back, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at hello@herbuk.com. This will allow us to process your return or exchange efficiently. The team is available Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 4:45pm.

If your item needs to be returned, please follow the steps below:

Prepare the Item for Return:

  • Ensure the product is in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Securely pack the item to avoid any damage during transit. If possible, use the original shipping box or a similarly sturdy one.
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name and order number.

Ship the Item Back:

  • Address the package to the return address provided by our Customer Care Team.
  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked or insured service to ensure the package reaches us safely, as we do not accept liability for lost or damaged items during transit.

Confirmation:

Once we have received and inspected the returned item to confirm it is in a resaleable condition, we will process your credit or exchange and notify you via email.

Exceptions

Sale Items: Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
